Wyoming has a number of excellent programs for all types of mortgages and home preferences. WCDA, First Time Home Buyers, Home Run, VA and Conventional. They range from the Home Run program with a 3% interest rate to the conventional loan with 6% interest rate. These rates are approximate and may vary slightly.
